Investis acquires stake in Batmaid
The real estate company Investis has acquired a stake in the facility services company Batmaid.
Investis has acquired 10.7 percent of the share capital of Lausanne-based Vanguard Internet SA. Vanguard offers digital services in the facility services sector under the "Batmaid" brand. Specifically, Batmaid is a reservation platform for the placement of professional, qualified and regional personnel for household cleaning - the first in Switzerland, according to the company.
Investis considers the investment in Batmaid as a "further strategic investment in the future". The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price for the share package.
