Cham Group appoints JLL valuation expert
The Board of Directors of Cham Group has appointed JLL as the independent valuation expert for the real estate portfolio. JLL will valuate for the first time for the 2018 half-year report.
In the course of its future expansion, Cham Group AG Concentration on the real estate business its reporting to the requirements of the SIX Swiss Exchange for listed real estate companies. According to the company, the switch to the real estate listing segment is planned for the second half of 2018.
Against this background, JLL has been appointed as the independent valuation expert for the real estate portfolio, Cham Group informs.
The Cham Group is developing the Papieri site in the center of Cham. On the former factory site, a new twelve-hectare urban district with around 1,000 apartments and jobs each will be created in stages over the next ten to 15 years.
