Bonainvest increases earnings by more than 60 percent
In the 2017 financial year, Bonainvest Holding increased its annual result by 62.5 percent compared to the previous year. The net profit amounts to CHF 6.76 million.
Following strong growth in the 2016 financial year, expectations were even exceeded in 2017, Bonainvest Holding, which specializes in residential real estate, announced.
Total assets reportedly increased by 6.3 percent to CHF 384 million, while rental income rose by 29 percent to CHF 6.77 million. The portfolio value also increased by almost 29 percent to 176.9 million. The return on investment is put at 2.79 percent. The equity ratio is reported to be currently 62.5 percent. In view of the good development, the Board of Directors proposes an increase in the dividend from capital contribution reserves from CHF 1.40 to CHF 1.70 per registered share.
According to its own information, Bonainvest is currently developing real estate projects with more than 470 apartments. Capital increases of 30 million are planned for 2018.
The company also reports significant growth in B2B projects. The subsidiary Bonacasa, which provides smart living services, currently has 6,000 apartments under contract from external business partners such as the La Foncière real estate fund in western Switzerland, the real estate department of Suva and the Zug Estates Group.
