Immo123 and Küng merge
The two Central Swiss real estate service providers Immo123 AG and Küng Treuhand are merging and will operate under the name Immo123 in the future.
The "new" Immo123 AG wants to be the point of contact for property owners and condominium owners for all questions concerning real estate, says Patrick Strebel, owner of Immo123 AG. This includes topics such as valuation, construction fiduciary services, tenancy law, financing and tax issues, and succession solutions. Through the merger with Küng Treuhand, additional know-how from fiduciary, tax and management consulting is added.
From the point of view of Stefan Heini, owner of Küng Treuhand, the merger also strengthens the position of his company in the real estate market. "Our real estate department will now be upgraded with the new employees and the new name," he says.
Patrick Strebel and Stefan Küchler jointly manage the new Immo123 AG. Küng Treuhand AG continues to operate under its previous name for fiduciary and auditing services. The companies Aricon Treuhand, Küng Treuhand, Theilacker & Partner and now Immo123 (50 percent) will be combined in HEIMATT Treuhand AG.
