The bond has a maturity of two years and a coupon of 0.35 percent. The proceeds will be used to redeem bank loans from the last two real estate transactions, Investis says.

By issuing the bond, the company, which focuses on residential real estate in the Lake Geneva region, will be able to further optimize its financing structure and benefit from the currently attractive conditions on the capital market.

The bond is scheduled to be paid on June 12, 2018, and admission to trading on the SIX Swiss Exchange will be applied for.

Zürcher Kantonalbank, Credit Suisse and Bank Vontobel acted as joint lead managers/joint bookrunners for the transaction.

Founded in 1994, the Investis Group's portfolio consists almost exclusively of residential properties in the Lake Geneva region and was valued at CHF 1.12 billion as of December 31, 2017.
