NAS Invest opens branch office in Zurich
The investor and asset manager NAS Invest is coming to Switzerland. Managing Partner of the newly founded NAS Invest Suisse, based in Zurich, is Marius Preisig.
Marius Preisig, who moved from Corestate, has been responsible for investor relations since the beginning of May and will manage the national and international support of the group's co-investors from the Zurich office, NAS Invest reports. He is also responsible for business development and equity syndication for future investments.
"Besides Germany, Switzerland is a central location for our partners. In order to be able to serve them even better in the future, it was an obvious step for us to open an office in Zurich," says Nikolai Dëus-von Homeyer, Managing Partner at NAS Invest in Berlin.
Preisig has several years of experience in the finance and real estate industry. Most recently, he worked for Corestate Capital as Vice President Client Relations in Zurich and Singapore. There, he primarily served family offices, (ultra-)high-net-worth individuals as well as private banks. He holds a Master of Science (Hons) in Real Estate from Cass Business School in London.
NAS Invest structures real estate investments for itself as well as for co-investing institutional and private investors. The company focuses on real estate in Germany's metropolitan areas. According to the company, the real estate assets under management to date amount to more than 4 billion euros (around CHF 4.8 billion). In addition to its Zurich office, NAS Invest has branches in Berlin, Frankfurt and Luxembourg.
