JLL: Roger Rufener heads leasing in German-speaking Switzerland
Roger Rufener took over as head of commercial leasing in German-speaking Switzerland at JLL at the beginning of May.
The 50-year-old comes to Wincasa from Halter, where he was head of commercial real estate marketing for the past five years. Previously, Roger Rufener worked for Wincasa. He is a trained structural draftsman and holds a federal certificate as a real estate marketer.
Rufener's arrival will result in an organizational realignment at JLL Switzerland. The commercial space leasing and tenant representation business units will be separated. According to the real estate service provider, the move is the result of strong growth in both areas in recent years.
JLL Switzerland currently has a total of over 40 employees in Zurich and Geneva, around ten of whom are exclusively involved in consultancy services in the space market. Rufener will continue to drive the growth strategy in leasing, working closely with Anita Bleiker, responsible for tenant representation in Zurich, and Anna Briffod, responsible for leasing in French-speaking Switzerland, according to JLL.
