Peach Property expands its Board of Directors
Peach Property Group is expanding its Board of Directors from three to four members. Kurt Hardt, member of the Board of Directors of Kreissparkasse Biberach, was newly elected to the Board.
According to Peach Property Group, Kurt Hardt (52) is expected to provide "valuable impetus" for business development and the expansion of the property portfolio in Germany.
The General Meeting of the real estate company also confirmed the Chairman of the Board of Directors Reto Garzetti and the members of the Board of Directors Peter Bodmer and Dr. Christian De Prati in office for a further year.
The General Meeting also followed the proposal to forego a dividend this year in order to use the funds for the further expansion of the portfolio of residential properties in Germany. The conditional capital was increased by around CHF 400,000 to CHF 2.7 million "in order to be able to react flexibly to any opportunities", according to Peach Property.
A total of around 47 percent of the share capital was represented at the AGM, the company added.
