Immofonds: Stephan Ehrsam joins the management board
Stephan Ehrsam will join the management board of AG für Fondsverwaltung, the fund management company of Immofonds, on October 1, 2018. He succeeds René Foschi, who is retiring.
Stephan Ehrsam has been Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Swiss Finance & Property Group since 2012, where he was involved in the launch of various listed real estate funds. He left the company at the end of April. Previously, Ehrsam was CFO at Mibag Property + Facility Management, bfw liegenschaften and Ledermann Immobilien AG.
At Immofonds, Ehrsam succeeds René Foschi, who will retire at the end of October 2018. Foschi has worked for the fund company for the past 27 years, since 1997 as deputy director of the AG for fund management.
According to its own information, Immofonds is one of the ten largest listed real estate funds in Switzerland. It invests only in Swiss real estate assets, primarily in residential properties in urban centers and agglomerations.
