The fund management company Helvetica Property Investors AG is planning the next capital increase for the Helvetica Swiss Commercial ("HSC") real estate fund in June 2018. The issue proceeds are to be used for the further expansion of the real estate portfolio. For this purpose, the fund management is already in partly exclusive negotiations about the purchase of several suitable properties with a volume of around CHF 400 million, the fund management informs.

Since the fund's launch at the end of 2016, the company said it has grown the HSC Fund portfolio to around 255 million, generating a gross actual return of 6.2 percent. The fund management intends to publish details of the capital increase in a separate announcement at the beginning of the issuance period.
