Vontobel fund invests in Wuppertal

According to Quadoro Doric, which purchased the property for the Vontobel fund, the property with its characteristic brick facade is fully leased. The Friedrichsarkaden has six floors above ground with a total of 6,100 sqm of office, retail and practice space, as well as a basement with underground parking.

The building is located in Wuppertal's Friedrichsstrasse on the edge of the pedestrian zone of the North Rhine-Westphalian city.

Catella Property brokered the property. Doric Investment is the capital management company of the Vontobel Sustainable Real Estate Europe special fund. Quadoro Doric Real Estate is responsible for the investment of the capital as portfolio manager. Vontobel acts as sustainability advisor.
