Implenia opens new site in Crissier
Implenia has opened a new site in Crissier in the canton of Vaud. The building brings together the office workplaces from the Buildings business unit in Vaud.
The eight-story building has a gross floor area of 11,000 sqm and underground parking for more than 100 vehicles. Implenia will occupy workplaces for around 80 people on two floors, while the remaining space is leased to third parties, according to the company. In addition to its triangular shape, a special feature of the building is a 400-square-meter photovoltaic system that supplies the building with electricity from solar energy.
