Re-opening for UBS AST-KIS investment group
The UBS Investment Foundation for Pension Funds is opening its UBS AST Commercial Real Estate Switzerland (UBS AST-KIS) investment group to new subscriptions.

According to the UBS Investment Foundation, the issue proceeds will amount to around CHF 60 million and will be used to repay debt financing, finance construction projects and purchase real estate.
The UBS AST-KIS investment group invests directly in core properties in Switzerland, with a focus on commercial real estate, i.e. office, retail, logistics/commercial and mixed-use space. The main target regions are Zurich, Basel, Berne, Geneva/Lausanne and the neighboring conurbations.
The portfolio currently comprises 40 properties with a vacancy rate of 3.4% (as at April 30, 2018) and a market volume of around 636 million. The medium-term target is a portfolio volume of EUR 750 million.
According to the information provided, the investment group's performance in the past financial year was 4.5 percent, and 4.9 percent over the last three years.
