Credit Suisse buys in Duisburg
Credit Suisse has acquired the ICC Business Center office property in downtown Duisburg, according to media reports. The seller is Deka Immobilien.

According to various German real estate trade media, Credit Suisse has made its first investment in the western German city of Duisburg. The acquirer is an investment vehicle of the major bank; it bought the ICC Business Center in Friedrich-Wilhelm-Strasse as part of a structured bidding process.
The office property was built in 2002 and comprises 16,000 sqm of rental space and around 230 underground parking spaces. The property is reportedly fully leased on a long-term basis to, among others, the construction and real estate companies of the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia and Commerzbank.
