Wincasa expands Mixed-Use Site Management
Wincasa now provides services for mixed-use sites from two locations: In addition to Zurich, Geneva will also have a team for mixed-use site management in the future.

In January 2017, Wincasa launched the Mixed-Use Site Management department in Zurich, and the team now manages nine projects across Switzerland, including in French-speaking Switzerland. "We see great potential for development in the Swiss market in the future and expect to add one or two more locations soon," says Philipp Schoch, Head of Center & Mixed-Use Site Management.
In Zurich, the division now has eleven employees and is headed by Thomas Hinderling. In June, the team will move into a new, larger location on the Maag site in Zurich West. The employees in Zurich currently look after the Maag site, YOND (Siemens site) in Albisrieden, the NZZ site in Schlieren, Toro in Oerlikon and the Rotes Turm in Winterthur.
As of July this year, Wincasa is opening a new hub with four people in Geneva. Head of Mixed-Use Site Management there will be Yvan Meyer, previously Head of Center Management La Praille & Hub and with Wincasa since 2010. The team will move into offices in the Centre administratif La Praille and start with three existing projects in the Geneva region: Geneva Business Terminal and Riantbosson Centre in Meyrin as well as Espace Tourbillon in Plan-les-Ouates (Geneva). With the Pont-Rouge in Lancy, an additional mandate already won will be added from 2020, Wincasa informs.
