Zima Holding presents annual financial statements
Zima Holding, the real estate developer active in Switzerland, Austria and Germany, generated total operating revenue of around 182 million euros in the 2017 financial year, the equivalent of around CHF 210.5 million.

According to Zima, current project planning includes around 3,600 residential units, of which around 850 are already under construction. This corresponds to a total project volume of 1.25 billion euros (CHF 1.45 billion). In eastern Switzerland, Zima has around 230 residential units in the pipeline.
In Gams and Sennwald, the inaugural Wettibach and Messligfeld projects with a total of 55 apartments were completed. Currently, there are major projects in the city of St. Gallen and in Menziken with a scope of around 160 residential units, and Zima is also developing several small-scale projects in St. Gallen and the surrounding communities.
In project construction, construction of a retail park began in 2017 in the Gurreck commercial zone in Ilanz (GR), which has already been sold to Coop in advance. The retail park is scheduled for completion and handover by mid-2018.
Zima develops projects in Austria, Switzerland and Germany. The company describes the sale of the Das Goethe residential and commercial building in downtown Munich to a European insurance group as a milestone in the past fiscal year.
