Wüest Partner Germany expands management team
Wüest Partner Germany has appointed Rüdiger Hornung as Managing Director. He joins Jan Bärthel, Karsten Jungk and Andreas Pörschke as the fourth Managing Director of Wüest Partner's German offshoot.
Rüdiger Hornung leads the Munich branch opened at the beginning of 2018 of Wüest Partner Germany. Effective July 1, he has now also joined the management team of the real estate consulting firm.
According to co-managing director Jan Bärthel, Hornung will intensify the company's growth in southern Germany. "Beyond my main focus on real estate valuation and consulting, I will push the further development of future-proof valuation models and the consideration of sustainability aspects as part of my managing role at Wüest Partner," Hornung adds.
Hornung, who studied architecture and real estate economics, represents the "Valuation", "Code of Conduct" and "Politics and Associations" resorts as a member of the board of RICS Germany in addition to his work for Wüest Partner Germany. He also holds licenses as an assessor for the BREEAM International New Construction and BREEAM In-Use UK and International labels.
