UBS AST-KIS: Re-opening and acquisition
The real estate investment group UBS AST-KIS raised around CHF 58 million during its re-opening. As of the beginning of July, a commercial property in Pully (VD) was added to the portfolio.
The capital increase for the UBS AST-KIS investment group resulted in an underwriting result of CHF 199 million before reductions, UBS says. An issue volume of around 58 million had been called, corresponding to an allocation ratio of 29 percent.
The investment group acquired a commercial property in the center of Pully near Lausanne for around 25 million with transfer of ownership at the beginning of July 2018. The newly constructed office property, which has been fully leased for many years, is located in the immediate vicinity of the train station, which provides access to Lausanne in just a few minutes. The property comprises around 3,000 sqm of commercial space and 40 parking spaces; it is Minergie-certified and meets demand for high-quality office space east of Lausanne, UBS says. The real estate portfolio of the UBS AST-KIS investment group thus comprises 41 properties with a market value of 664 million.
