Patrimonium Swiss Real Estate Fund raises 100 million

The Patrimonium Swiss Real Estate Fund has successfully completed its latest capital increase. The fund received new money in the amount of the maximum amount of almost CHF 100 million.

With a subscription ratio of 11:2, 749,498 new shares were issued at an issue price of CHF 134.10 each, Patrimonium reports. This corresponds to a subscription rate of 100 percent. The new shares were paid on July 9, 2018.

The number of shares outstanding is now around 4.9 million. The capital increase was carried out on a commission basis as part of a public rights offering. The subscription rights were traded on the SIX Swiss Exchange from June 21 to June 29, 2018.

The listed fund intends to use the proceeds from the issue to repay the debt financing and to finance ongoing projects as well as the further expansion of the portfolio.

The Patrimonium Swiss Real Estate Fund invests in residential and mixed-use properties, focusing on residential properties in the lower and medium rental price segments in the Lake Geneva region and on the axis of Fribourg, Bern, Basel and Zug.
