Swiss Life Commercial Properties Switzerland: Capital increase raises 87 million
The Swiss Life REF (LUX) Commercial Properties Switzerland real estate fund achieved a subscription volume of CHF 87 million with its latest capital increase.
According to the fund management company, the maximum number of 72,857 units at CHF 1,209.67 each (including subscription fee) was issued. The total subscription volume thus amounted to around 87 million. The number of units now in circulation is reportedly 690,000 with net fund assets of CHF 816 million.
The capital increase for Swiss Life REF (LUX) Commercial Properties Switzerland was carried out on a best-effort basis from June 1 to 15, 2018. The new shares will be paid out on July 31, 2018.
The issue proceeds will be used to reduce debt financing and finance the further expansion of the real estate fund portfolio.
