Credit Suisse Asset Management (Switzerland)'s Global Real Estate is expanding its cooperation with the German-Swiss PropTech company Allthings. Starting this fall, a total of 11,500 apartments will be equipped with the Living Services service package and the associated application.

Under the Living Services brand, tenants in Credit Suisse AM properties can book and bill various services, such as apartment cleaning, directly via an app. The offering also includes a marketplace and lending desk, a service center with a direct line to property management, and a bulletin board for exchanging information with the neighborhood. The app is based on the Allthings platform, which has already been used in around 220 residential buildings and 4,500 apartments since January of this year and in four large commercial properties with around 4,000 Credit Suisse AM employees since spring of this year.

"We consider digitization and the provision of high-quality services to be central to making our properties as attractive as possible for our tenants in the future," says Silvio Preisig, Head of Asset Management at Credit Suisse Asset Management Global Real Estate. The Allthings platform combines both of these aspects and is also scalable and user-friendly.
