The Sales & Business Development unit comprises around 70 employees. Under Cristofaro's leadership, the Service Solutions unit for the healthcare, life sciences and public sectors in particular is to be developed further.
Cristofaro started his professional career at IBM Switzerland, where he was employed for more than twelve years in various functions and management positions, including Business Unit Manager of Business Continuity and Resiliency Services or Security and Privacy Services. Most recently, he was Sales Manager for the Life Sciences and Retail industries as well as for the Ticino region. ISS is one of the best recruiters in Switzerland
ISS Switzerland further announces that it is one of the ten best employers in the recruitment process in Switzerland. In the "Facility/Security" industry ranking, the facility services provider even achieved first place. In 2016, ISS Switzerland was still in a distant 236th place in the ranking, according to its own information.
The award is based on a recruiting study in which the 350 companies with the highest sales and the 200 companies with the most employees in the Swiss labor market are tested, among other things, with regard to their online presence in recruiting and their dealings with applicants. The study is being carried out by the Austrian communications agency GPK in cooperation with the ZHAW and the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration and was launched in Switzerland in 2013.
