Hiag appoints Balz Halter to the BoD
Balz Halter is to become the new member of the Board of Directors of Hiag Immobilien Holding. He succeeds John Manser, who will be leaving the Board.
The Board of Directors of Hiag Immobilien Holding has announced that it will nominate Balz Halter as a new member of the Board of Directors for the next Annual General Meeting on April 11, 2019. He will replace John Manser, who has been a member of the site developer's Board of Directors since 2014 and will step down due to the age limit.
Balz Halter (born 1961) is the main shareholder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the construction and real estate company Halter AG. The ETH engineer and lawyer has been involved in innovative concepts, technologies and companies in energy and building technology for many years, Hiag writes in a press release. These include Digitalstrom, BS2 and StreamNow, and Halter is also a co-founder of the Building Technology Park Zurich and the 2SOL Alliance. (ah)
