According to the Raiffeisen Futura Immo Fonds, the additional funds will be used to finance the purchase of further properties as well as renovations and construction projects and to repay borrowings.

The fund was launched in March 2014 and invests in sustainable new construction projects, existing buildings and conversions throughout Switzerland, with a focus on residential properties. The properties are held in direct real estate ownership. The portfolio currently has a total volume of CHF 236 million and consists of 17 existing properties and two new construction projects. The annualized return over the last three years is stated at 3.7 percent.
