Swisscom extends mandate with Wincasa
Swisscom has extended its management mandate with real estate service provider Wincasa ahead of schedule by five years. Wincasa won the major mandate in 2015.
According to Wincasa, the management mandate with Swisscom has been extended ahead of schedule by a further five years as of January 1, 2019. The mandate includes commercial management with a focus on rental and leasing.
Wincasa has been managing Swisscom's entire real estate portfolio since the beginning of 2015. It currently comprises around 1,000 operational and 80 office buildings with an area of 1.4 million square meters. (ah)
