Mobimo issues 155 million bond
Mobimo Holding issued a bond with a volume of CHF 155 million on September 10.
According to Mobimo, the funds will be used to repay short-term financial liabilities and finance ongoing projects from the pipeline as well as general business activities.
The fixed-interest bond reportedly has a coupon of 0.875 percent and a term of five years.
Zürcher Kantonalbank, Credit Suisse and UBS acted as joint lead managers for the transaction, while Bank Vontobel and Basler Kantonalbank acted as co-lead managers. According to Mobimo, trading of the bond on the SIX Swiss Exchange has been applied for. (ah)
