Raiffeisen Futura expands portfolio
The Raiffeisen Futura Immo Fund has acquired four properties. According to the fund, the total investment volume is CHF 54 million.
The properties were acquired by the fund management company Verit Investment Management. They are two residential properties in Wollerau and Mettmenstetten, a residential and commercial building in Wohlen and a commercial building in Capriasca. According to Raiffeisen Futura Immo Fonds, all properties are fully let.
To finance further growth, the fund is currently carrying out a capital increase. The issue is expected to raise up to CHF 70 million. (ah)
