Procimmo Swiss Commercial with 6.2 percent investment return
Procimmo Swiss Commercial Fund reports net income of more than CHF 24.1 million for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2018.
The investment return is put at 6.21 percent, and the net asset value rose from CHF 134.85 to CHF 137.60 per unit. The fund management announces that it will distribute a dividend of CHF 5.40 per unit (excluding direct tax and withholding tax).
The fund's rental income reportedly amounted to 52.8 million as of the end of June 2018. While income increased from around 53.3 million to 53.5 million, expenses fell from around 31 million to 29.4 million year-on-year.
The operating profit margin (EBIT margin) was 65.1 percent as of the reporting date (30.06.2017: 65.98%). The rent default rate was 15.28 percent, almost unchanged from the previous year (30.06.2017: 15.24%).
Equity increased from around 651.2 million to 664.4 million during the fiscal year, and total assets increased to 928.8 million (June 30, 2017: 904.9 million). The TER REF (GAV) remained unchanged at 0.92 percent. (ah)
