Wolfgang Speckhahn has spent the last six years at the German Patrizia Immobilien AG, based in Augsburg, as Head of Strategy & Corporate Development. There, he was responsible for the company's international expansion and played a key role in developing Patrizia into a major investment manager with around €40 billion in assets under management.

Previously, Speckhahn was Real Estate Investment Director in Investment Management at Zurich Insurance in Zurich. Speckhahn studied law at the University of Cologne and trained as a real estate economist at the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel. In 2011, he was admitted as a professional member by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in Switzerland.

"Wolfgang Speckhahn not only knows the Swiss real estate market very well, but also has strong ties to our culture. Together with his many years of professional experience, this forms the necessary ingredients for the long-term and stable growth of our company," says Hans Ueli Keller, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Helvetica Property.

In his position as COO, Speckhahn will in future report directly to Hans R. Holdener, CEO of Helvetica Property. (ah)
