Solufonds: New member of the Executive Board

Steven Wicki has been responsible for private labeling and client relations in Switzerland at Solufonds since October 1, 2018. He will look after business with institutional clients, asset managers, banks, insurance companies, pension funds and family offices, the fund management company says. As a member of the management team, he will work mainly in the Zurich office, but also partly in French-speaking Switzerland, it said.

Before joining Solufonds, Wicki was head of white labeling and a member of the executive board at Vontobel Fonds Services for six years. Prior to that, he worked as a product manager at Credit Suisse Asset Management and then as head of product management at Robecco SAM (Sustainable Asset Management), according to a Solufonds statement.

Solufonds was founded in 2009 and is an independent, FINMA-regulated fund management company that structures and manages collective investment funds under Swiss law, particularly in the real estate sector and in private labeling for third-party securities funds. The fund management company targets institutional clients who do not wish to manage their own funds themselves. The company currently has around 30 employees and assets under management currently amount to CHF 2.2 billion. (ah)
