The Carolyn development comprises 319 apartments and is located in the sought-after Las Colinas submarket. Special features include the direct lake access to Lake Carolyn, the proximity to the entertainment and dining options of Las Colinas Urban Center and the connection to the Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART), which links Las Colinas with Dallas-Fort-Worth Airport and downtown Dallas.

After four months, the apartment complex has been fully placed with an institutional investor, according to Acron. The real estate company itself will retain a minority stake. According to Acron, rental apartments are still in demand in the USA. According to figures from JLL, 66.2 billion US dollars were invested in multi-family homes in the first half of this year, which is around ten percent more than in the previous year. Acron is already working on a continuation of the US residential series and will soon be presenting a new investment for semi-professional and professional investors, the company announced. (ah)
