Zurich Invest launches new real estate fund
The fund management company Zurich Invest is launching ZIF Real Estate Direct Switzerland, a new real estate fund for qualified investors. The subscription period runs from October 10 to November 30, 2018.
According to Zurich Invest, the fund invests in 66 existing properties of Zurich Life Insurance Company Ltd in three tranches over three years. 75 percent of the properties are located in the Zurich, Lausanne and Geneva regions, and the properties are spread across 13 cantons. The properties are 80 percent residential properties with a focus on stable rental income.
The issue price per unit is CHF 102.00 including an issue commission of two percent. The minimum subscription amount is CHF 250,000. (ah)
