PropTech: Swiss company wins startup award
Zurich-based PropTech PriceHubble has won an award in the Real Estate Innovation Contest at the Expo Real real estate trade fair.
The Real Estate Innovation Forum at Expo Real held an international competition for start-ups with the aim of bringing together young and innovative technology companies with established players in the industry. In April 2018, 25 start-ups qualified in a pre-pitch in the areas of Invest, Market, Plan & Build, Manage & Operate and Smart City & Work. According to the Swiss network initiative SwissPropTech, five of the 25 finalists came from Switzerland alone.
PriceHubble from Zurich won the award in the Invest category. The company creates automated real estate analyses, valuations and forecasts using large amounts of data and self-learning systems. (ah)
