Eighth Real Estate Awards ceremony
The Real Estate Awards 2018 were presented in Zurich on Monday. Projects and innovations as well as people who provide important impulses to the Swiss real estate industry are honored.
The Real Estate Awards were presented in five categories: Management, Marketing, PropTech and Project Development, and a "Real Estate Personality 2018" was also honored.
In the management category, Garaio AG with Beat Rohrbach won the award, while Wattelse GmbH and Traprins AG were also nominated. In the marketing category, Casasoft prevailed over the co-nominees Boll Immobilien and Immotrailer.ch.
The Real Estate Award in the PropTech category was won by Neho.ch. Arhilyse and Houzy were also nominated. The project development category was won by Oos AG; other nominees were Felix Partner Arch and BL-Pensionskasse.
Jan Eckert from JLL was honored as "Real Estate Personality 2018". He was directly elected by the jury, which consisted of André R. Spathelf, Dr. Riccardo Boscardin, Dr. Beat Schwab, Daniel Löhr and Mario Facchinetti.
In the other categories, the nominees were determined in advance by the jury. The winners were determined via an online vote in which only employees of real estate companies could participate. More than 3,000 votes were cast, according to Immoinfo24 Invest AG, which presents the award. (ah)
