Wincasa takes over Streamnow
The real estate service provider Wincasa has acquired Streamnow AG. Streamnow operates an online tenant portal.

Wincasa acquired 100 percent of the shares in Streamnow AG on 19 October. Streamnow is an online portal that allows users to handle their property and tenancy-related concerns through a single channel - similar to e-banking and insurance apps.
According to Wincasa, this will enable tenant concerns to be resolved more quickly and easily and tenants to be served in a way that is more in line with their needs. Since tenants can contact Wincasa via Streamnow regardless of location and time, the real estate service provider expects higher tenant satisfaction. On the part of the real estate service provider, processes can be optimized and made more efficient.
Wincasa wants to make the portal available to residential, commercial and mixed-use tenants.
areas and steadily expand them with the development team. Streamnow will, however, continue to be offered as an independent platform on the market and is therefore also open to customers and tenants who are not serviced by Wincasa, the company emphasises.
"We are convinced that with this acquisition we are taking an important step towards focused tenant support," says Sandro Principe, Chief Transformation Officer at Wincasa. He adds that there is still a lot of potential for all parties involved if the focus is consistently on the needs of the tenants. "To this end, we will also work more closely with tenants and align our business model accordingly."
Wincasa, a Swiss Prime Site company, manages around 235,000 properties with an asset value of CHF 67 billion. (ah)
