The Board of Directors of Mobimo Holding AG has appointed Daniel Ducrey (54) as the new CEO of Mobimo. He will join the company on March 1, 2019 and will initially familiarize himself with the company. He will take over as CEO on the day after the Annual General Meeting on April 2, 2019, Mobimo announced. His predecessor, long-standing CEO Christoph Caviezel, will be proposed for election to the Board of Directors.

In a comprehensive selection process, the Board of Directors came to the conclusion that Ducrey was "an ideal candidate for the position of CEO due to his convincing personality and his extensive track record in the national and international real estate industry".

Ducrey was CEO of the Steiner Group until the summer of this year. He left the company "to pursue other professional interests", as it was said at the time. Ducrey held the position of CEO from 2015 to 2018 and had been a member of Steiner's Executive Board since 2009. Prior to that, he held various management positions at Losinger Construction for ten years.

Mobimo has also announced that Beatrice Koch (50) will be proposed for election to the Board of Directors. Koch was an auditor and partner at Ernst & Young until mid-2018 and was responsible for numerous real estate mandates, among other things. She is to replace Wilhelm Hansen as a member of the Audit Committee, who has been a member of Mobimo's Board of Directors for eleven years and is not standing for re-election due to his age. (ah)
