Personnel rochade at Swiss Prime Site

Beatrice Landolt is currently Head Research & Scouting and Head Competence Center Assisted Living at Swiss Prime Site Immobilien AG. At the beginning of February 2019, she is to take over the position as Head of Construction & Facility Management and thus become a member of the Executive Board at Wincasa, the real estate company announced. Karin Voigt, who currently heads this area at Wincasa, will become Head of Portfolio Management on the Executive Board at Swiss Prime Site Immobilien.

Landolt studied at the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and then worked in investment banking in London and in the pharmaceutical industry. From 2013 to 2015, she worked for Seniocare, which is now part of the Tertianum Group, which in turn belongs to Swiss Prime Site. With the integration of Seniocare, she made the switch to Swiss Prime Site in 2016. Karin Voigt has been with the real estate service provider Wincasa for eight years. (ah)
