Steiner Invest: Capital increase at Swiss Development Residential
The Steiner Investment Foundation is carrying out a capital increase of at least CHF 50 million for the Swiss Development Residential investment group.
The Swiss Development Residential investment group was launched in March 2017 and now holds net assets of over CHF 180 million. The projected completion value of the portfolio of ten projects is 530 million, according to the Steiner Investment Foundation. Additional projects from the acquisition pipeline are currently being prepared for notarization in the coming weeks, it said.
In order to continue the growth course, the sixth issue is now being carried out for the investment group. The aim is, on the one hand, to further expand the portfolio and, on the other hand, to accept new investors and those on the waiting list, Steiner Invest announces.
The subscription period for the issue runs from November 19 to 28, 2018, and the allotment is scheduled to take place on January 31, 2019. There will be a maximum of three liberations, spread over a maximum of 15 months between April 1, 2019 and June 30, 2020, with an issuance commission of 1.5 percent. (ah)
