Fundamenta aims to be listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange
Fundamenta Real Estate has confirmed its plans to move to the SIX Swiss Exchange in the course of the next capital increase on the occasion of the presentation of the annual report for the first nine months of 2018.
With the planned capital increase, Fundamenta Real Estate intends to continue its growth course and address both existing and new investors. "In making our decision, we were also encouraged by the prospect of attractive acquisitions and the potential identified in the context of the portfolio development we have embarked upon (development in the portfolio)," says Chairman of the Board of Directors Dr. Andreas Spahni.
In connection with the next capital increase, the company is also seeking a listing on the SIX Swiss Exchange. The listing on the SIX means that Fundamenta shares will now be included in relevant indices, which will enable the company to meet investors' concerns, says Daniel Kuster, CEO of Fundamenta Group (Switzerland) Ltd. Thanks to the capital increase and the significantly higher absolute free float in the future, the share will become even more attractive.
Meanwhile, Fundamenta Real Estate has confirmed the preliminary figures for the first nine months of the current financial year, which were already presented at the end of October: Net profit for the first nine months amounts to CHF 19.07 million (return on equity: 8.0%) and is thus after three quarters already around 49 percent above the full-year result 2017. A net operating profit of 7.53 million was generated. The net asset value reached CHF 15.06 per share and the portfolio has a balance sheet value of CHF 684.65 million. (ah)
