Implenia expands Board of Directors
Former Ernst & Young partner Barbara Lambert is to join Implenia's Board of Directors.

Based on the recommendation of the Nomination Committee, the Board of Directors has decided to propose to the Annual General Meeting that Barbara Lambert be elected to the Board of Directors, Implenia announced.
Barbara Lambert was a partner at Arthur Andersen/Ernst & Young for many years. She led the audit activities in the financial sector at Ernst & Young Switzerland and was an auditor at a major Swiss bank, according to Implenia. Until March 31, 2018, she was a member of the Executive Committee and Group Chief Risk Officer at Banque Pictet & Cie; Lambert has been a member of the bank's Board of Directors since April 1. She has also been a member of the Supervisory Board, the Risk Committee and Chair of the Audit Committee of Deutsche Börse since May 16.
With the election of Lambert, the Board of Directors will once again consist of seven people, Implenia announced. The move is in response to the increased demands placed on the Board of Directors in connection with the Group's growth and will strengthen diversity on the Board. In the medium term, Lambert will take over as head of the Audit and Risk Committee. (ah)
