Immoveris with new branch in Basel
The real estate service provider Immoveris opened a location in Basel in November. Luca Santoro will manage the branch from January 2019.
Immoveris is currently represented in Geneva, Lausanne, Fribourg, Bern, Zurich, St. Gallen and Ticino. In November, the company has now also opened an office in Stücki Park in Basel, at Hochbergerstrasse 70. Luca Santoro will take over the function of Head Region North Letting Advisory at the beginning of the year and will be responsible for the leasing of office, retail and residential properties as well as the sale of condominiums, Immoveris says.
Previously, Santoro held the position of Head of Leasing and Marketing at Liegenschaften-Betrieb AG (LiB-AG). Santoro holds a degree in business administration and a Master of Advanced Studies from the University of Basel.
In Western Switzerland, Alexandra Gandoulf will join the Immoveris team in Geneva as Senior Letting Advisor from February 2019. From 2014, she was responsible for Real Estate Service for Switzerland, Belgium and Luxembourg within the Vivarte Group. Previously, she worked in leasing management at Ikea Centres and Geneva Airport. (ah)
