MobiFonds presents financial statements
MobiFonds Swiss Property reports net income of around CHF 10.63 million in its 2017/2018 financial statements. The return on investment is put at 4.34 percent.
Investors will be paid CHF 1.55 per unit, the fund announces. This is a total of around 10.46 million - the remaining amount will be carried forward to the next account. The distribution yield is thus 1.38 percent.
As of the balance sheet date on September 30, 2018, a total of around 620 million had been invested in real estate. Compared with the previous year, this figure had increased by 63 million, which had been invested mainly through construction activity. 20 properties are owned by the fund: 15 of them are already fully operational. The first stage of a development in Bulle is in operation and four other projects are under construction or in the planning phase. Further acquisitions throughout Switzerland are planned, according to MobiFonds Swiss Property.
As part of the revaluation of the properties, the new net asset value as of September 30, 2018 is CHF 115.45 per unit - an increase of CHF 4.35 per unit compared to the previous year's value. (ah)
