SPG Intercity Zurich gives itself a new structure

The business units of SPG Intercity Zurich AG will be restructured as of January 1, 2019: The "Tenant Representation" and "Landlord Representation" service lines, which were previously run together, will be managed separately in the future.

According to the real estate service provider, Natalia Ignatova will assume the function of "Head Tenant Representation" and join the management team of SPG Intercity Zurich AG as a further member. Ignatova has been with the company for around eight years and was most recently Deputy Head Tenant Representation.

Gabriela Brandenberg takes over the management of the "Landlord Representation" team in addition to her position of Head Retail Services, which she has held since 2011.

The newly created "Office and Retail" department will consist of around ten people and represent the competence team for the leasing of retail and office space within SPG Intercity Zurich, the company adds.

The Executive Board of the company will therefore consist of Robert Hauri (CEO/co-owner), Béatrice Gollong (Investment and Consulting and Deputy CEO), Gabriela Brandenberg (Head Office and Retail) and Natalia Ignatova (Head Tenant Representation).

Kirsten Rust, who was previously Head Tenant and Landlord Representation, will leave SPG Intercity Zurich at the end of 2018 after almost twelve years, the company said. However, she will continue to be available to SPG Intercity for some selected projects. (ah)
