Baloise sells two properties

Baloise Immobilien Management has sold a real estate portfolio consisting of two properties in St. Gallen and Obfelden (ZH) to Logis Suisse. SPG Intercity handled the transaction for Baloise.

SPG Intercity Zurich was commissioned by Baloise Immobilien Management to find a buyer for a real estate portfolio consisting of two parcels with a total of 94 residential units. As part of a closed sales process, Logis Suisse AG was won as the new owner.

According to SPG Intercity, the properties are developed plots in St. Gallen and in Obfelden (ZH). The property in St. Gallen is located on the northeastern edge of the city. Four apartment buildings dating from 1985 stand on the approximately 10,000-square-meter plot. According to SPG Intercity, the superstructure comprises 63 apartments, three office units, 17 craft and storage rooms and an underground garage. 

The property in Obfelden is located in the middle of the village and is about 5,000 sqm in size. The residential development, built in 1973, consists of two structures with a total of 31 apartments, ten craft and storage rooms, and an underground garage. (ah)
