Priora General Contractor becomes Eiffage Suisse

In March, Priora General Contractor was sold to the French company Eiffage. and has since been a subsidiary of the Group, which describes itself as one of Europe's leading real estate service providers. With 65,000 employees, the Eiffage Group generated sales of 15 billion euros in 2017. Priora Generalunternehmung or Eiffage Suisse AG employs around 170 people in its seven offices in Switzerland.

As of next year, Priora Generalunternehmung will change its company name to Eiffage Suisse AG. The ownership structure, the affiliation to the Eiffage Group and the legal form will remain unchanged, the company emphasises. The name change will only involve administrative adjustments and a new visual identity. (ah)
