Acron achieves placement volume of 77.2 million
Acron Group reports a placement volume of approximately CHF 77.2 million equity for the financial year 2018. Two project developments in the USA and one hotel project in Switzerland were fully placed.
The two U.S. projects that Acron fully placed in fiscal 2018 were The Villages of Windcrest development, an 84-unit self-pay senior living community in Fredericksburg, Texas, and The Carolyn apartment community near Dallas/Fort Worth.
The company says the total investment for the senior living community, which opened in December 2018, is $22 million. The Carolyn development, Acron's 38th U.S. real estate investment, has been fully placed with an institutional investor, it says.
In Interlaken, Acron was able to place the hotel project City Hotel Oberland with an investment volume of 47.6 million "within a very short time", the company says. (ah)
