According to Promaxima, the replacement elections of the Board of Directors had become necessary due to a change in shareholdings. The shareholders elected Andreas Thiemann, Oliver Vogel, Marie-Therese Röthlisberger-Fischer and Christof Truniger as members of the Board of Directors and the Compensation Committee. Thiemann was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors.

The shareholders also approved the request for a special audit.

Promaxima Immobilien AG, founded in 2006, invests primarily in residential properties in Switzerland. The company's shares have been listed on the BX Swiss since September 30, 2016.

In the first half of 2018 (as of June 30, 2018), the company generated rental income of CHF 1.57 million, according to an October 2018 announcement. Properties in Fribourg and Zurich were sold during the same period. According to Promaxima, the background to the sales was that Tyrol Crystal Assets SPF had obtained a block on the commercial register and thus the planned capital increase could not be carried out. Planned renovations, which should have been financed with the capital increase, could not be realized and the board of directors decided to sell various properties. In addition, the major shareholder Schweizer Kredit AG was placed under debt-restructuring moratorium, which meant that the collateral provided was called in. (ah)
