Fundamenta: Over-allotment option partially exercised
The over-allotment option granted to Fundamenta as part of the Re-IPO was partially exercised. The company received a further CHF 3.84 million.
Fundamenta Real Estate had acted as lead manager for Zürcher Kantonalbank in connection with the capital increase and the IPO on the SIX Swiss Exchange (Re-IPO) in December 2018. a

This over-allotment option was exercised after the end of the stabilization period on January 4, 2019, in the amount of 271,000 shares at a price of CHF 14.50 each, the company says.
In total, the real estate company has thus placed around 6.13 million registered shares, corresponding to 24.46 percent of the share capital (after completion of the capital increase, which is expected to be carried out in connection with the over-allotment option on January 8, 2019). It thus received a total net inflow of CHF 84.28 million. Based on the subscription/placement price, the market capitalization (after exercise of the over-allotment option) has increased to 363.26 million, Fundamenta reports. (ah)
