Daniel Häcki becomes Head of Transactions at Axa IM Real Assets

Daniel Häcki joins Axa IM Real Assets from JLL in Zurich, where he was Co-Head Transactions. Earlier in his career, he worked in Corporate Finance at Sal. Oppenheim Switzerland and AIG Investments in Zurich.

Häcki is a draftsman in structural engineering and a businessman in real estate trusteeship. He studied business administration at the Lucerne School of Business. He also holds a master's degree in corporate finance and is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA).

At Axa IM Real Assets, he now succeeds Frederick Widl, who takes over the position of Country Head Switzerland from Ernst Schaufelberger.

In terms of asset value, Switzerland is Axa IM Real Assets' second-largest market, the company says: Assets under management total more than CHF 15 billion. The Swiss branch is also a center of excellence for residential real estate and real estate development. (ah)
