JLL expands team in Geneva
JLL increases the transaction team in Geneva: Olivier Metzenthin, Alexandre Azar and Brian Reichlin have come on board.
Olivier Metzenthin (35) will take over the local management of the transaction teams as Senior Transaction Manager, JLL announces. In his previous professional positions at AEW, Klépierre and Archon/Goldman Sachs, he has been involved in numerous transactions and has gained international experience in the areas of asset, portfolio and investment management.
Alexandre Azar (30) graduated with a Master of Science in Finance from Lund University; according to JLL, his first professional experience was in private equity and investment management. Brian Reichlin (28) holds a Master of Science in Wealth Management from the University of Geneva and Boston University. He previously worked in investment and portfolio management at a Swiss bank.
JLL has acted in an advisory capacity on numerous transaction mandates in western Switzerland over the past 24 months, and the real estate services provider says it has closed asset and share deals with a total volume of CHF 600 million in the region. The expansion of the team is now a further step in the expansion strategy in French-speaking Switzerland. (ah)
